With over 12 years of experience in property management, Payton has overseen multifamily apartment homes across Los Angeles, developing a strong foundation in tenant relations, operational oversight, maintenance coordination, sales, tenant retention and team delegation. This hands-on background allows him to approach real estate with a practical, solutions-driven mindset, ensuring assets are managed thoughtfully and clients are supported with consistency and care.

Deeply connected to Southern California’s lifestyle, Payton also brings a relationship-driven approach to his work. He runs a curated automotive group that organizes scenic drives throughout the region, bringing together up to 40 high-end vehicles and new participants per event. What began as a shared interest has evolved into a trusted community built on discretion, connection, and long-term relationships. Principles that closely align with his approach to real estate.
